What Does Type 3 Mean?
Type 3s are driven to succeed and adapt easily to what a situation calls for. They measure their worth by their accomplishments and have a hard time slowing down mid-goal. That adaptability can come at a cost: it's easy for a Type 3 to lose track of what they actually want underneath what looks impressive to others.
Careers That Tend to Fit
Their drive suits sales, entrepreneurship, executive roles, or competitive fields. They tend to rise quickly in any environment with a visible scoreboard for success.
Type 3 in Relationships
Type 3s show love by including a partner in their goals, and they do best with someone who values them beyond their achievements. Slowing down enough to be genuinely present, rather than always moving toward the next goal, is often their biggest relationship challenge.
