Enneagram
A 9-type personality framework describing core motivations and fears, popular for self-reflection rather than clinical use.
The Enneagram sorts people into one of 9 types based on core motivation, rather than scoring separate traits the way the Big Five does. It's widely used for self-reflection and conversation, but it doesn't carry the same peer-reviewed research base as trait models.
There's no single public-domain instrument for it, the best-known commercial version, the RHETI, is proprietary and trademarked. Our own Enneagram test is an original questionnaire, not a copy of any licensed instrument.
