RIASEC is the model psychologist John Holland developed to describe work-related interests. Each letter is a category of work people tend to enjoy: hands-on (Realistic), analytical (Investigative), creative (Artistic), people-focused (Social), leadership-focused (Enterprising), or process-focused (Conventional).
